"Rainbow band". The reason for this name is a colorful group from two different countries, Iran and Romania.
This small band was formed over a cup of tea in Jessheim, with a great desire to show off their passion for the musical traditions from their home countries.
Rainbow band consists of
Fereidoun Soleimani: keyboardist / vocalist / guitarist
Born: 11.02.1968 from Iran
Fereidoun has extensive experience in music. He has played and sung in bands in Iran. The music has created many great experiences and opportunities in his life. He moved to Jessheim almost three years ago.
Mihaela Knutsen-Cumpatescu: vocalist
Born: 22.08.1971 from Romania
Music has meant a lot to her throughout her life. Has always enjoyed singing and the interest grew after she met her husband, Fereidoun. Lives in Jessheim.
Catalin Marinescu: saxophone / vocalist
Born: 15.10.1974 from Romania
The interest in music came in his youth. Catalin began singing in choirs at various music schools in Romania. He has on several occasions participated in singing competitions on Romanian television and has written several songs.
